Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

All Pearleen orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, Germany, and all other European Union countries.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties (EU single market). For shipments outside the EU (e.g. the United Kingdom), import taxes and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. VAT, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
