Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, Germany, and other Southern European countries.

Tracking

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
